The Heart of the Matter ebook will be emailed to you within a few minutes after purchase. If you do not see the email within 15 minutes or so, first check your spam folder to see if it was routed there by mistake. If this is not the case you should contact so we can rectify the problem. In the email you will find simple instructions on downloading the book to your computer. After downloading, the file will open in Adobe Reader. You will then be prompted for your password, which is also found in the email. Once open, you can perform a “save as” command to save the book in a folder (such as my documents) on your computer. Adobe Reader is a free program available for download at the link provided here. The ebook can then be read on your computer. We suggest that you set the viewing parameters as follows: Page display; single: Zoom to 65% for suggested sizing, but may be adjusted to your preference. If you have any problems or questions please don’t hesitate to email or call. Most issues are resolved in a few minutes with a few simple instructions and if you are unable to complete the download and view the ebook for any reason we can simply mail you a CD or issue a prompt refund.

You may print out the ebook for your personal use, although the color quality of the images are best viewed on the computer screen. The ebook is copyrighted and may not be redistributed.
